How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide covering bust, waist, and hip measurements. Eastern silhouettes like kurtis and shalwar kameez are available in XS–XXL with custom stitching options. Western pieces follow standard UK/EU sizing. When in doubt, size up.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs 3,000. Express delivery is available nationwide. International shipping to UK, USA, UAE, and Canada is available at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items and custom-stitched pieces are non-returnable. Contact us at hello@rangnisa.com to initiate a return.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with artisan mills and fabric houses across Pakistan that prioritise sustainable practices and fair wages. Many of our Eastern fabrics — lawn, cotton, chiffon — are locally sourced. Quality that does not come at a human cost.
Do you offer custom stitching for Eastern wear?
Select Eastern wear pieces are available with our made-to-measure stitching service. Choose your fabric, add your measurements at checkout, and we stitch to order within 7–10 business days. Look for the 'Custom stitch available' badge on product pages.
